I had to do a one thing to really start producing a lot of work again: I assassinated my Editor. The editor is a combination of college professors (mostly washed-up wannabes themselves) and my own high standards. Once I lowered my standards and separated the editing and the drafting/creating process, I started making a whole lot more art! Just a little bit of imperfect work everyday. Every. Damn. Day.
